Jim and his team were an absolute dream to deal work with. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience with the buyers. After signing the contract of sale on settlement they choose to try and play dirty pool hoping for a cheaper price. We we're floored didn't know which way to turn and Jim took us by the hand and led us through it which was amazing due to him been sick and his part of the contract was done .
