Jim helped the reviewer sell this property

Professional and caring service

Jim acted with professionalism and sensitivity to assist us to sell our home at a difficult time in our lives. He communicated well and was always available (even when he was on holidays!) Jim made what is a stressful process as easy and straightforward as it can be. I appreciated he didn't try to overinflate our expectations and that he took a reasonable approach to everything.
