We were so happy with Jim we entrusted him with the sale of our Nana's beloved home. Nana felt incredibly comfortable with Jim from the moment they met & he took the time to explain everything to Nana; ensuring she understood the process & for Nana it didn't feel like Jim was simply selling her home, rather putting it into the hands of a friend.
