Jim helped the reviewer sell this property

Thanks for an amazing job !

Thanks very much Jim, Re: congratulations on property settlement- Jim - You are the one to be congratulated for doing such a fine job on getting this sale across the finish line! , your tenacity and professionalism shone through with just this goal in mind , no one knew the challenges this deal was going to bring but each step you managed with great calm and never lost sight of a positive result. I do hope the purchasers will enjoy the property for the years ahead, I was very fond of this apartment and was sorry to have to sell , but you made it a lot easier for me looking after every detail, arranging cleaners, Removalists, and ensuring each party were well cared for along the way, I will have no hesitation in recommending your services to both property buyers and sellers who need an outstanding and hard working agent ! Again thank you!! Stuart
