Immediately after approaching Jim to sell my property, he informed a number of near neighbours of the listing, so that the first inspections took place before the first advertisements appeared. The descriptions and photographs in the press advertisements were accurate and appealing and appropriate to the nature of the sale. Within a fortnight Jim had conducted a dozen or so inspections with more soon to follow - all done in an honest and particularly friendly manner.
