Jim was extremely responsive when we first approached him about the property. We needed to move quick and Jim facilitated that for us. He worked well between both us and the seller as there were a number of hurdles to overcome and when our property fell through on settlement day he worked quickly with the owner to allow us access to the property so we could move in on a rental basis until the house settled. We really appreciated him organising that and the owner for allowing it to happen.

He immediately came to see me where I was which was really helpful and did not email documents back and forth like some of the other agents I had dealt with.
