If you want an agent to push for the best realistic fair outcome for both the seller and buyer my wife and I would recommend Jim. Our property was put up for sale at the turn of the market which meant buyers were nervous, expectations between buyers and sellers were not aligned and potential buyers failed to get finance ( thanks to the Royal Commission into the banks ). Jim didn't give up despite the hurdles put in front of him. Sure, we would have liked to get more for our property.
