In the initial stages of selling my mothers house, Jimmy was helpful. However, once contract was approved his attitude dramatically deteriorated. He neglected to close the back security shutter, and the window was smashed and house burgled. The repairs cost me $1000. plus lost valuables. As the premises was vacant, he was supposed to check for final items to be removed prior to settlement. He completely missed all contents of garage, which cost me an extra skip, and when I asked him to fill the skip, he tried to charge $100 to cleaners bill. According to cleaners (who did load the skip) Jimmy refused to pay them. I find his attitude to be despicable and very unprofessional

I meet with a few agents and found jimmy to be very professional and the one agent that seemed to want to help me the most. I told him what I wanted and he delivered always told me how it was and not just what I wanted to hear always kept me updated even though the lock down he got me what I wanted excellent agent would recommend him to anyone, very happy.
