Firstly like to thank Jimmy Gill for helping us buy our first investment property, the great customer service, prompt communication and all round knowledge of the market he offered was fantastic. As we all know property is booming at the moment I was searching in the south eastern suburbs where all the agents would hound you but buyers were offering more than houses were worth and it was not a game I was interested to be in. I was advised by a colleague to invest in the West. After a rocky start where most real estate agents would not even bother with a follow up call/text. Even One agent having the audacity to tell me "I get calls with people asking about properties everyday check the company website if not it is a waste of time." That is until I found Reliance real estate and Jimmy Gill, This definitely was not Jimmy's style he was direct asking what type of property are you looking for, land size etc. And what is the budget. He was truthful about pricing went back and forth between both parties which is generally what is expected from real estate agents and even though the first one did not settle, It was Jimmy who called my self a day later saying I have a property that fits your agenda lets put a offer in 24 hours later the deal was sealed. What stood out the most dealing with Jimmie he worked hard for both seller and buyer and that he worked according to and always kept to the standards of Victorian Real estate Laws and was not your day to day car salesman. Being in the Construction industry I work along side our own company sales reps every day and learn all the tricks in the book and how the game is played and I can guarantee Jimmie does not weave you stories to get a sale. I would highly recommend Jimmie to any first home buyer/investor as he will work hard for you to get the property you want and the price you want and will always go out of his way to work for both parties.
