My husband and I have been dealing in investment properties for the past 15yrs and have dealt with numerous agents throughout this time. We have had good ones , bad ones and terrible ones. This time we would have to say we have found the BEST of the Best . We selected Jimmy from online reviews and decided to drop in without an appointment to see if he could help with selling our property. Jimmy sat down with us and put together a suggested sales plan for our property. He was so knowledgable about the local area, very professionable and not at all pushy. We left his office thinking "there must be a catch " his plan seems so good. We contacted another couple of agents who did not come close to Jimmy's professional and realistic attitude towards selling our place. We rang him a few days later and signed up. Our home was a rental and we did not want to upset our tennant . Jimmy had promised to do all the contacts with them and not have them upset. As our rental was with a different agency we were concerned this would cause us quite a bit of grief. Not so .... Jimmy sorted the issues with the rental agency and spent considerable time with our tennant sorting out what was best for them. Thus they went out of their way to help with photos and open house days. I say plural however Jimmy sold the house after the first open house ( as he said he would at our initial discussions) He kept us informed at all times and always rung when he said he would . He was always available to speak with us directly or within 30 mins of ringing if he was with another client. We cannot speak highly enough of Jimmy and his service.
