Jimmy sold my house. When my house was still on the market, Jimmy was contactable, approachable, always answered my calls and helpful which I really appreciated. After my house was sold and the commission was deducted from the deposit, whilst checking the invoice from his agent I noticed that there was a cost that I had a question on and wanted to check with him as there appeared that we had had miscommunication about the cost. I tried to call him, he blocked my phone calls, he ignored my text messages and emails. I must say I feel very disappointed and upset by how he treated me, very unprofessional.
