Jimmy was fantastic during the sale of the property. Jimmy has excellent relationship skills and I was very happy with the result he provided. Real Estate agents are usually placed in the same boat as car salesperson being B.S. artist that was NOT the case with Jimmy first he knew the area e.g. Camp Hill what had sold and what was currently on the market that gave us confidence in him and with Place also we were confident we were going to get what we believed the property was worth Jimmy kept us up to date as to remarks re the property also it was noted the odd hours to which he showed people through.
