To sell anything without comparison becomes difficult. This was exasperated by the house information held by Council was and remains incorrect. Additionally, the house is close to 50 years old although it remains in a solid state. The house was built to the accepted standard of that era however the changes to the original plan were never recorded. Jimmy was able to find a buyer for the property in spite of the factors that precluded a quick sale at a higher price. I would recommend Jimmy as the person to sell any property.
