From first time and till end of sale process till date no change in statement very pure and realistic guidance provided by him . Always be there when to move you in right direction. His is family now

Jimmy was a fantastic agent to buy through and we are very grateful for his quick responses and availability.

We asked Jimmy Singh to sell our home at North Richmond as he had previously sold our former property several years ago and acted with high level of integrity and honesty. His knowledge of the market n our area was broad even though he was from another area. He acts with Curtesy and efficiently with both seller and buyer. I could not recommend him higher and will certainly be engaging Jimmy if I sell property again.

Jimmy Singh is one of the best real estate agent, we have met so far while looking for our first home. He is the one, who got us our FIRST HOME for us. When it comes to the overall experience, he was really supportive, cooperative, flexible to show us property(whenever we asked), clear with all descriptions about property- which gave us confident in this first time buying process too. To make it short, I would say— Jimmy Singh real estate agent is really really a great agent and would always recommend Only Jimmy Singh to anyone having confusion while buying or looking for their dream property. Again, I would like to thanks Jimmy Singh real estate agent to get us our dream house and for your vital support during this whole process.

Easy to talk to. Trustworthy. Guided us through the process and was fair and honest in his approach to negotiations.

Jimmy Singh is very professional and he has helped me to sell my property.

Jimmy was excellent in all aspects in this volatile market. Considering the market conditions Jimmy was on top of his game and managed to get the ball over the line. He was always keeping us in the loop and was always there when we needed him. Whether it was for advice or any other thing, Jimmy always kept his best efforts for us. Would recommend him to anyone.

Jimmy Singh from Harcourt is a good agent. He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He is an excellent negotiator and got us a good price for our home. Highly recommended!

Wow what can we say from the moment we meet Jimmy and Danielle they had so much knowledge and made us so relaxed with the sale of our home. Was so impressed with the communication and also the marketing of our property. We got phone calls straight after open homes and the two of them went above and beyond to help will all aspects of our sale. He was right on the money with what he could get for our home. If we still lived in Sydney we would definitely use them again and will also refer any of our friends or family in Sydney thinking of selling… Thank you both so much for all your hard work and efforts with our sale..

Jimmy was very professional with the whole process from sale to settlement. He was always in touch with us and kept us updated on everything. His knowledge and skills (along with his determination) exceeded our expectations and in the end we were more than happy with the results. Thank you Jimmy Singh and the Harcourts team for looking after us.
