I found Jimmy Tat to be a pleasant and efficient agent, during the three months or so leading up to the sale of my house in Melbourne. I did not find him the typical 'pushy agent', but he seemed to listen to what I and others had to say. Nor did he present an over-optimistic view of the price I might receive.
