Jim was awesome. Really impressed with how far he went over and above to look after our interests. Compared to other agents we have dealt with Jim has been, without a doubt, the best. So very grateful to him and Lily for doing all they did to get the best price (way above what others thought we'd get) and for advising and working on making our place what it was.
