Hi Jin, I reckon my comments would be really for John not you, as he was major contact in my case. Everything is all good except two tiny areas, which we gave four instead of five. Communication skills, I felt a bit disappointed that my surname have never spelled correctly though I pointed it out several times. Negotiation Skills, we were in a position on negotiating the gap between offers being $2K for two days, I was thinking many times to withdraw my offer and hardly believe we just could not get deal done for a gap of $2K. Clearly this is something agent would be able to do pushing it from both sides, not just from buyer's prospective. Other than such, all good, nice purchase experience with you guys.
