My property was previously on the market with another “prominent” agency with no results or offers over a 4 month period. I initially chose the other agent because of their big promises of wider reach and resources of a larger brand, but none of those promises were fulfilled - it was just a trap. They also promised a really big number which never arrived, whilst Jin’s valuation at that time was spot on in hindsight. His marketing campaign was sharp, precise and targeted, the strategies in place from day one were incredibly well thought out and explained, and the campaign just felt different - from the level of communication, proof of the work they were doing in the background and ultimately the result - 2 strong offers and selling in under 4 weeks. Jin and his team also got me $20,000 more than the target. Throughout, Jin never promised me anything but honest hard work, and he and his team delivered much more than that. I can understand why he’s the best in the area.
