The final result I got through Jo-Ann well exceeded both of our initial expectations but was no surprise by the time we got to selling. My place had been a solid renter for quite a few years but had no wow factor and a handful of things that lessened the appeal. We both knew there were improvements to be made but through Jo-Ann's organisational and creative skill I was presented with all the options I couldn't have organised myself and just had to give the go ahead.
