No welcome package which is poor customer service

This was a tricky prurchase because, though the house will eventually be my home, it was to be rented out for at least 18 months and I live in Darwin and the house is 1500 kms away. The sellers also lived interstate and were reluctantly selling their family home. Jo-Anne was fantastic, and dealt easily with the logisitics of everyone being in different parts of Australia. She facilitated access into the property outside of open house times so that friends could see inside and met me when I flew down for only a few hours. The purchase took place over Christmas and Jo-Anne helped to find conveyancers that were around at that time. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for Jo-Anne. The purchase went very smoothly and I was happy to have the property managed by Elders.

Selling your home is never, NEVER fun......nor does it ever go to plan!! BUT Jo-Anne turned (what is usually expected to be) a very stressful process into a well managed, informed experience with a very positive outcome!
