I "interviewed" four agents and spoke to at least another six. Although most of those other agents were good they didn't compare to the presentation that Jo and Daniel gave. I immediately felt comfortable with Jo and hockingstuart were the only agent who brought along a Director/Auctioneer (Daniel), making us feel that they thought that our property was important. No matter when I rang or messaged Jo would return my call immediately. We would both like to thank Jo and Daniel for a very successful outcome and we would recommend their services to anyone. Jo was great to deal with. Excellent communication, she followed up and kept us updated with progress and any other interest from other buyers without being pushy. She was very responsive with all requests and questions. Her personality is warm and authentic - as a buyer I felt I was dealing with a real person, not a sales agent.
