I was a first home buyer that was new to the area. Jo was approachable, didn’t make me feel like any of my questions were stupid (some of them probably were 😂) and was always happy to help in anyway she could. I consider myself very lucky that I got to experience my first home purchase with Jo and would would recommend to anyone.
We have sold two properties in the last two years. One with agents, before we met Jo. We met and worked with the highest sales performers in Chelsea, Frankston, Langwarrin and truth be told they were just ordinary, and did all those shifty things ( bought the listing by promising a high price, then once they have you listed, put pressure on to drop the price). And I imagine they get the sales( hence why they have high sales percentages). Jo was the polar opposite. She quoted us a fair price, in the range we thought was fair value, and she got us that price. Not once did we feel pressured and in fact, laughed and really felt that we were in it together. Her communication was fantastic too. Other agents( with our previous sale), wouldn’t get back to us when we called or messaged. But Jo, 100% of the time got back to us and communicated in a timely manner (which is even more important, given that we were interstate and couldn’t physically do some things). Other agents promised to do the project management e.g., organise our tenants or get tradesmen out, but couldn’t even get us quotes ( in 3 months). She did all of those things in days, not weeks.SHE DID EVERYTHING, including getting our tenants, neighbours onside, so that they worked with her for the sale. Jo was definitely the correct person to sell my property. Her knowledge of my suburb and surrounding areas was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and even handled all the hiring and decorating furniture for me (as my place was vacant at the time of selling). Worked hard every day to get me the best result which even though in a tough market, got me an end figure I was happy with. Jo never gave up and pushed me also to hang in there for the right offer.
