Prior to listing my house, I’d met Jo some months earlier at a nearby open house and was immediately impressed with her pleasant, easy going and professional style and approach. When a couple of low ball offers came in Jo held her ground in keeping me informed while quickly pursuing a more realistic offer for my house. I’m delighted to say that after a short time on the market, and thanks to Jo’s excellent negotiation skills I received a great offer on my house which I have now accepted. Jo was easy to work with and direct with her opinions on how the sale should be presented . She kept me well informed and up to date with the process , answered any queries i had and delt with them promptly.
