I am very pleased to be given this opportunity to provide comments of my recent experience when selling my home and the invaluable support that was provided to me by a very personable and extremely able young lady my Consultant Ms Jo Brownless. From the first contact by phone with Jo when I was seeking a valuation on my home the whole process has been so smooth, better than i could have ever hoped. Jo's first contact was with my family members whom were renting the house, they knew they would be leaving and would have to pack if it sold and so did Jo. This is where I was very impressed Jo worked with them on times, dates, convenience of visiting, open houses etc and she allowed then to feel relaxed and that they were under no pressure. She reassured them through the whole time and it was so positive for everyone (note I was not in Hobart). I was kept up to date fully about any changes feedback from prospective purchasers after inspections. At all times if anything Jo had to reign me in as I was feeling low with no offers coming. Jo kept me focused and suggested alternatives she could try and she did. I will take this opportunity also to mention the Fall Team that support in the back ground. From start to finish via email I was sent information and documents for my records I felt fully in control and informed at all times. After previous nightmare encounters with real estate agents in Hobart, was such a refreshing change dealing with Jo. She was open and honest in giving her opinions and made us feel that the sale of our house was in very competent hands.
