For all the right reasons, my experience with Jo was outstanding. She was extremely approachable. Consistently responded to my calls, messages & emails within a more than reasonable timeframe, maintaining excellent communication through out the process. Jo was always approachable, happy to answer any of my questions, guided me throughout the process and was more than happy to address any concerns. For me, Jo's professionalism and responsiveness made the entire experience smooth and stress free.
