Very professional including all the staff at Mildura and district real estate. Nothing was too hard and Jo made it very smooth not matter what time of day I needed to ask a question. Jo went over and above our expectations and had our property sold within a couple of weeks. We highly recommend Jo and all the staff at Mildura and district real estate.
Thanks to Jo & the team for there fantastic support and knowledge of the merbein area. Highly recommend
Having Jo as our agent has to be the best move we have ever made. She is so thoughtful and considerate of our wishes and explained every step of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who is considering selling their property. I really doubt that any agent could better her in any aspect of selling your property.
Loved dealing with jo! Will be using her again. Highly recommended.
Jo went above and beyond for us, with more open houses and late night calls then what i would expect from a agent. She is lovely to deal with and i will be recommending her 100%
Jo was amazing to deal with throughout the whole process, specially considering the circumstances surrounding our purchase involving us moving from interstate.
Jo and MAD Real Estate are a pleasure to deal with. We were informed constantly regarding the progress of the interest and final sale. We have no hesitation in recommending Jo and Co to all prospective buyers and sellers.
Jo Pilkington is a very professional and hardworking real estate agent. She is extremely knowledgable about the local housing market in the Merbein, Cabarita and Birdwoodton area. Jo has excellent communication skills and worked tirelessly to get a great sales result!
For me Jo has been the best agent for the Merbein and Mildura area, providing an impeccable service. She has kept me informed of the market prices of the past five years, until I was ready to sell my home. She has fantastic communication skills and real positive attitude for getting the best price for the property. She has local knowledge and sees the potential for the area, obtaining a good market price. I would strongly recommend her for any sellers or purchasers, Nigel
Jo has been truly wonderful. She listened to me so she knew as to what I was looking for. Jo found this house for me and said it had my name all over it. I went to the open house and as soon as I walked inside the door, I had goosebumps. I felt a sigh of relief and said to Jo, " Yes! This is my new home." Thank you so much Jo.
