Excellent, friendly, warm communicator who puts you completely at ease with all aspects of selling.

Jo was very responsive to any questions, always professional and friendly with her advice. Often she was ahead of the game on anything that needed answering. She seemed to be on call at any time of the day or night to answer queries which was great considering the family members lived all over Australia and time differences made things tricky. Jo was extremely patient with everyone. Given this was a deceased estate she was dealing with Jo showed amazing empathy and kindness and understanding with regards to the wishes of us sellers.
