Jo and Chas sold our house for us (very quickly!) and they were amazing. Chas is extremely handy and fixed up wall holes, did minor repairs, and together with Jo they styled the house EXCELLENTLY. We LOVED living in the styled home for the two weeks it took to sell. Seriously, we would get them to style our new place too! Professional, supportive, friendly and absolutely know their stuff. They helped us through every step, gave us lots of advice on presentation and found the perfect buyer - above the price we wanted! Thank you Jo and Chas for making it a great experience.
While I did have some dealing with Chas, who I found to be informative, my main interaction was with Jo. I found Jo to be very understanding and knew her subject well. Jo and Chas went above and beyond when it came to selling my husband and I's house. They did minor repairs (fixing holes in dry wall etc) and styling for free, Which I haven't seen any other agents offer. The styling made my house look better than I could have made it look myself and was well worth it for the photos and video - especially the open homes. They handled all the buyer communication and made the selling a relaxing easy experience. They communicated really well with me as the seller also, Super lovely and easy to get in touch with. I'm extremely happy with the price I took with my house too! I really do think they got me the best out come possible and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, I wouldn't turn to anyone else as they would be my number one go to.
