Jo and Natalie are a fabulous team at Gayndah Real Estate. I have had the opportunity to work with Jo over the past 2 years to actively manage an investment property and sell two properties. As an owner who did not reside in Gayndah, the team had clear and proactive communication and management strategies to ensure the properties were ready to sell and marketed in their best light. Jo was open, and transparent about realistic listing prices, and was able to achieve a sale at list price. After an initial contract did not move to unconditional, she was able to deliver a secondary contract in a very small-time window. The team worked with contractors locally to organise maintenance and necessary upkeep during the period the property was unoccupied.
