Jo went above and beyond with this one. My partner and I had been looking for the perfect home for 18mths but always seemed to just miss out due to our conflicting work schedules. Jo explained our circumstances to the sellers (who were getting nervous) and assured them that we were serious buyers and that my partner wasn't readily available to take calls or reply to emails when negotiating terms of the contract. She wasn't pushy like some agents we've dealt with and once the contract was signed she kept us informed through the whole process answering any questions we had. She even checked in with us post-settlement to make sure everything was going well with our new home.
