Jo replaced my previous agent who suddenly left the company. I was concerned about this initially however Jo assisted me to finalize the purchase. She is a prompt communicator and I felt I could ask questions at any time.

Horrible and stressful experience. Contact was almost non existent, and the things I was told were being done to the house (purchased off plan) were not done. The agent denied this even with written proof of what I was told. There was no offer to fix what had been done, and I was only given a quote to fix the things myself. Very upsetting experience, not even any contact once the property was finally settled at the end of March when I was meant to be in the 1st December. No congratulations, no champagne, no offer to see the sold sign, nothing. It’s a real shame buying my first property was a horrible experience.

The sale was subject to a subdivision that took much longer than expected and, to ensure the sale succeeded, Jo kept me in the loop through to final settlement. They were quick off the mark and had offers within a few days and an acceptable offer within a month. Settlement was just on 2 months after first listing. Jo helped with a purchase at a difficult time, we were selling to buy, around Christmas time all under a bit of a time crunch. Her attitude and communication skills were great and when she wasn't available another eProperty member was quick to get in contact.

Jos' marketing was fine, the price settled on satisfactory. She was hard to contact, did not see her again once I had signed the contract. My parents, listed with e-property as contacts, because of my health, found Jo aggressive and rude when they rang her. She could make improvements in social skills and communication. I would never use this agent again. My current agent from Ray White through which I bought my new house provided a service above and beyond expectation. The difference was significant.
