Jo had listed the property for sale but Sue Perry sold us on this house. Sue listened to our "must haves". I had already dismissed the house after viewing it online and had not even shown my wife. But after Sue showed us several other properties and finding nothing we liked , Sue almost insisted we look at one more house late in the day. Sue rang the vendor and arranged an immediate inspection. We put an offer this house later that day. SOLD !!!! We actually spent less than we wanted too, in buying our forever house.
