We interviewed a few different agents and we were consistently under quoted. The stock standard boring real estate agents who want to sell your property quickly and move on. Jo came in and gave us helpful advice in staging and with the garden and actually saw the X factor with our little house and thought we could achieve a much better price than the other agents said. We ended up getting a great top offer after only 3 inspections and Jo literally earnt her commission by increasing this offer by another 20k. I know full well, a lesser agent wouldn't have bothered to get the other offers increased and get that extra cash. All in all a fabulous result!
