Although there were a few hurdles along the way Jo kept us informed all the way. We appreciated that Jo was a straight shooter and did her very best to get the property settled. At all times she was honest and acted with integrity, which we appreciated. We would have no problems recommending Jo to both buyers and sellers!

Initially we listed our property with another local agency and Jo was the appointed selling agent. We paid for a photo marketing feature and we're happy with the advertising and fortnightly home opens, which attracted plenty of interest but no offers. After six months we decided to change agencies and followed Jo to Harcourts. Professional discussions were had regarding the selling price and a reduction was agreed to along with a revised photo marketing and advertising programme. At all times the advice given was professional and deviod of emotion and from time to time various tips were offered as to "house presentation". Fortnightly home opens continued with lots of interest in the property until after a further four months an offer was presented at the asking price which was accepted. Although the total selling duration was approx ten months Jo was always positive and professional. As a measure of our regard for Jo we used her services to source our new home and all negotiations were conducted through her and she assisted right up the point of "key handover" for both propertys.
