Jo was recommended to us by my daughter who had sold a house through her several years and gave her a glowing review. Due to the circumstances of the sale of our house, everything was quite overwhelming and this became a very stressful time for us. Jo was absolutely amazing, she explained everything very clearly with an honesty that I would never have expected from someone who stood to make a profit by pushing the sale out a little bit longer. There was never a point where we felt like we didn't understand the process or what was going on and Jo was frequently in touch to keep us updated even if it was just to say there was no news. Jo's honesty and genuine care for her clients are clearly reflected in her work, as a seller or a buyer I would be very happy to have her as my agent again!
