Was really happy with how everything went. Thank you Jo! The only couple of things that disappointed me a little was there was no "sold" sticker on the home. I know this is not critical but Wiltshire was my first home and I think it would have felt things were finalised a little more. The other issue and I didn't get a call from the other agent as I was told ( Jo was away on holidays and she informed me of this so) confirming everything was finalised. It just felt there was a bit of disconnect from being so engaged so closely with Jo to when everything was finalised I would have appreciated a call from the agent when considering $8,000.00 from sale went to Elders. Those two small issues aside, I would utilize Jo's services again and do recommend her to people looking to sell and buy via my work as a solicitor.

Difficult to sell the family home when the last of your parent has passed and you have not lived in town for 30 years. I asked a couple of school buddies for recommendations and they both came up with Jo from Elders. We interviews a couple of agents and Jo came up trumps. She knew the market, was confident we would achieve higher than market price and had buyers interested before we signed her up. She provided good advice on preparation of the home, recognised its attributes and recommended local organisations to receive surplus household items who would put them to good use in the community. Jo worked for us and still managed to sell to someone who would appreciate our family home. Highly recommend Jo.
