We recently put our beach house on the market with Jo Humphreys of Bella Coastal Properties as our sole agent. Moving houses on the South Coast is no easy task given the current economic climate, but Jo assured us she would sell the house and she did. Getting there took some effort, with a need to arrange for some important repair work, yard maintenance, internal cleaning and arrangement of pest and building inspections. Jo has all the right local connections to solve any headaches here. She also dealt with us as long distance clients, as we currently reside in Jakarta - and this meant acting on our behalf to arrange final completion certification with the local council; something that would not have been so easy for us. We have been neighbors with Jo in our small seaside community for many years, but through her agency we know her much better now in her professional capacity. I am confident that we would not have secured this sale, in the relatively short time it took and for a price that meets our expectations without Jo's hard work and never waning commitment.
