In buying the place she was short, abrupt and not very helpful or pleasant to deal with. Some things listed in the add weren’t correct and she constantly spelt our names wrong in communication. Didn’t want to give much info about another property we were interested in that she was selling, but didn’t want to pass us onto another agent to help. Not a nice experience at all.

I once referred to Jo as 'the lovely JO' and was corrected by return email to use 'the YOUNG JO', so maybe she had just had some milestone birthday and was pushing back the years? Anyhow we visited a number of her open houses conducted on a Saturday at Bawley Point and Kioloa and absolutely loved her manner of presentation and honest approach to describing the benefits of each property (she clearly had done her homework and new what she was talking about).
