Straightforward and honest

Jo clearly knows and loves the area. She was generous with her time and knowledge. We did not feel pressured ( in fact the opposite : she encouraged us to feel and think about where we were and what we were doing). Jo was always quick to respond to a call or text and acted promptly when relaying information between the various parties. Jo remained steady in what is a volatile market context and we sincerely appreciated her consistent approach . This allowed us as purchasers to complete a deal in a very short time.
