We recently purchased a rural property with the help of Jo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jo was honest, transparent, and incredibly well-informed about every detail of the house and the surrounding area. Communication was effortless—she was always easy to reach and responded quickly to all of our questions, making the entire process very smooth. From the very beginning, we felt we could trust her guidance and advice. A special mention goes to Jo for going above and beyond: we were looking for a property suitable for horses, and she walked all the trails on the property with us, despite being dressed in office wear and not expecting to do so. Her willingness to go the extra mile showed incredible commitment to her role and was very much appreciated.
