Jo Lynch Exceeds Expectations

As the heading states, Jo exceeded my expectations. A clear and excellent communicator, Jo initially provided me with an appraisal appropriate with the market. Some months later she contacted me and updated this. Due to having never met (distance precluded ) I was initially somewhat sceptical, but Jo proved to be very capable, confident and strategic in her approach to the sale. True to her word, she secured an offer and sale exceeding my expectations. Overall, Jo restored my faith in the real estate profession.
