It's was a successful Ray White 'Aussie' day for us on the 3 June 2016 - East to West. Thanks to a professional and down to earth team on both fronts and going that extra mile. Not only did we successfully settle on the purchase of our new home in Brisbane Qld today with Ray White Aspley but we also had the Ray White Corby & Co team in Western Australia find and secure for us new tenants for our Baldivis property on the very same day. The process all started with our agent Jo Macbeth; it's rare that you find people these days that are not only down to earth and helpful from the outset but to find someone as professional as Jo who advised and guided us through the entire search and purchase process with the utmost level of honesty is rare. It's especially not easy to look for a property from another state especially one the other side of the country so a big thanks to Jo for taking the stress out of this process for us. Our house turned out to be a difficult one to sell but our agent Jo Macbeth put in a great deal of work with inspections and following up clients plus all of the behind the scenes work. We always felt that Jo was doing her best for us. The things we wanted in an agent were honesty, professionalism and to be kept informed. Jo delivered more than this and I think at times went beyond what many agents might see as their job. Now that the house is sold we look at the process of selling it and are happy that we engaged Jo Macbeth as our agent.

I had originally called Joanne about a house I was interested in but the inspection was days away and at the time we were only able to speak briefly. When the day arrived, I had scheduled in six inspections around Brisbane and it didn't seem like I would make it to hers in time. Somehow, she managed to remember my name and contact details from our very brief phone-call and gave me a ring to see if I was still able to make it. When I told her how busy I was, she offered to hang around at the house for the afternoon to give me time for a private inspection. In the end, the six houses I inspected were not ideal and so I was able to make it to Jo's inspection before time ran out. She was the only agent that day who was welcoming, who laid out lollies (much appreciated) and gave the process that personal touch which really sold me. I returned home, quite impressed with the house and after having enough time to think about it, Jo called me up with perfect timing and asked if I wanted to place an offer, which I did. From that point on, she helped put me in touch with a great broker, solicitor and inspector. She was always genuine and honest with me and I felt as though she was *my* agent as well, not just the seller's. For a first home buying experience, it couldn't have been better. I'll be consulting her again when I go for my second house. 10/10 would work with again.

Honesty and integrity and a genuine & kind personality is almost too much to wish for when choosing an agent but we found it all in Jo Macbeth.
