Jo (and team) recently sold our home on Collaroy Plateau and I can't speak highly enough about her and the team at Belle Dee Why. We liked Jo the moment we met her; she is very friendly, down to earth and clearly loves her job, we were immediately comfortable and confident in discussing our sale. A breath of fresh air amongst agents! It was obvious to us she knows the market back to front, gave us a really honest opinion and set out a plan how we could help maximise our sale price. Nevertheless, she was mindful of expenses and helped us save money during the campaign not wasting money on things she thought weren't necessary. Jo and Daniel kept us well informed of other sales in the area, and provided feedback on each open day. That was only half the story, we relocated to Brisbane at the start of the campaign and we had 100pct confidence in Jo (and Caroline working behind the scenes) to coordinate contractors, stylists, painters, gardeners, photographers etc. We left it all to them and didn't have to worry about a thing. Of course it is easy to simply judge an agent based on the end price received (and we were ecstatic) but Jo and team were so much more than that, providing spot on advice, always helpful, never pushy, and we were left with the feeling that she gains a great sense of satisfaction from helping her clients. Looking back on the whole process, it could not have possibly been any more hassle free in fact I'd say it was enjoyable in what could otherwise be a stressful life event.
