Belle, in particular Jo Morrison and Steve Witt, along with Mel and Paige, made selling my unit a breeze. They took care of absolutely everything as they promised they would. I live interstate so needed them to be completely hands on with me being completely hands off. They were timely, professional, efficient, courteous, helpful, and always there when needed for any question. They worked extremely hard as a team and transformed the apartment within 2 weeks of my tenant leaving, and sold it within two weeks of going ‘live’ on the net. The price they achieved was well above my expectation and I believe they worked hard for it. Apart from above we had a lot of laughs along the way. They made selling a unit fun which was because I had complete faith and trust in their experience and knowledge of the business, their clients and the area. Congratulations team Belle.
