Downsizing

We engaged Belle earlier in the year when the market was a little stagnant. Steve was very accommodating to our needs and advised that if we weren’t in a hurry to sell, maybe waiting for a ‘couple’ of interest rate cuts might be the best strategy. At the same time both Jo and Steve gave an honest appraisal as to what they thought we might achieve and by taking their advice and Steve’s last minute negotiations we got the result we wanted 🙂 Thanks again & we’ll definitely recommend you guys to family & friends.
