Jo Oliver's effective communication style with both the buyer and, us, as the sellers made for a smooth and reasonably quick sale. This is despite the property being a non-standard type of property. Dave and I would highly recommend her.

At the start of our sale period Jo had to contend with tenants in our house who didn't want it to sell, even though it was being marketed towards an investment buyer. The tenants were difficult to deal with and did everything they legally could to disrupt the marketing. Jo handled this situation with aplomb. On her advice we adjusted our marketing timeline, and served a notice to vacate at the end of lease to the tenants. Once vacant Jo provided solid advice on what work needed doing to the house to make it more attractive to the market. House had a contract within a couple of weeks. Settlement was seamless and was even brought forward at the buyer's request. Jo handled everything very professionally. I highly recommend her.
I'll admit was intimidated when approaching the idea of purchasing my first home; with the speed and limitations of the housing market at the given time, I felt a little overwhelmed with the idea of having to make a quick and very important decision. Being so new to the whole experience I had to ask a lot of questions and have a lot of things explained to me.
