This was quite a refreshing change, as agents usually push you to sell as they are seeking high turnover sales volume. We waited & the market went up quite a lot. Other priorities came along & we kept in touch, so when we did finally decide to sell, we found Jo to be very enthusiastic & genuine & felt she was acting in our interest at all times.
