We have known Jo for about 4 years. We met at an open house, at a house we were looking at. We invited Jo to come for an interview when we were choosing an Agent to market our home. Jo was spontaneous, lively and energetic, and has a great understanding of the market in general. Although their marketing was the most expensive of all the agents that were interviewed, the house was placed on the internet on the Wednesday, we had a massive viewing attendance on Saturday, and we had a good offer on the Wednesday after. With some quality negotiation, a sale price above our expectation was achieved.
