Excellent Service, nothing to much trouble

Right from our very first meeting with Joan, we were thrilled with her friendliness, expertise and knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble, with Joan constantly keeping us in the loop either with phone calls, emails or texts. Joan communicated regularly with all matters requiring our attention and guided us through situations we didn't quite understand with clear explanations. Joan was extremely professional at all times, enabling us to get an outstanding result for the sale of the house. We couldn't have been happier!

We're really not sure which superlatives we should use to adequately describe the amazing experience we've had with Joan. Not only did she make things so very easy for us as the buyers, but it was also clear just how well she understands her vendors and their needs.
