We found Joan absolutely wonderful to work with. Joan would always respond immediately to our queries and phone calls at any moment of the day, morning and evening and follow up on actions immediately. We found this most impressive when coming from a big city environment. Joan works very much in a genuine, open, friendly and authentic manner while at the same time being totally professional. It isn't easy to work between the vendor and purchaser and to meet everybody's expectations and aims, especially during negotiations but Joan managed a very good outcome for all parties. Maybe we would have liked a little more support in identifying issues with the house such as cracks in the wall but then reality is that Joan was the agent for the vendor, not the buyer and when we did find areas that required attention in the property Joan was very helpful in recommending tradespeople which as new people to the area we would have found very difficult to do. Would we recommend Joan as an agent to other people, our own family or use Joan's services again? Definitely, YES! A big thank you to Joan and Laura.
